Nov 25 symposium on single-cell signaling

On November 25, 16-18 CET, we are organizing a mini-symposium on single-cell perspectives in cell signaling together with npi electronic GmbH. The symposium will feature talks by scientists who are all prominent researchers within their fields and who will all provide new valuable insights in the area of single-cell signaling. We are very proud to present to you this exciting list of speakers and hope that you will join us on November 25. Use the button below to register to the symposium.

Cell signaling is a ubiquitous process that involves a wide range of highly diverse biological systems, such as ion channels and G protein-coupled receptors. Signaling pathways are also important pharmacological targets due to their involvement in a large number of disease-related processes and symptoms. In this mini-symposium, we will explore cell signaling from a single-cell perspective and the new insights that such a perspective provides. We will investigate the importance of having precision and control on the level of individual cells in areas such as electrophysiology and pharmacology and present new methods and technologies for single-cell compound delivery.

Symposium schedule (times in CET)
16:00-16:30 – Carsten Hoffmann, Jena University Hospital
16:30-17:00 – Jérôme Clatot, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia
17:00-17:30 – Kent Jardemark, Karolinska Institutet
17:30-17:45 – Gavin Jeffries, Fluicell AB
