Joakim Wahlberg has over two decades of experience leading complex financial operations, including his previous role as CFO at Pulsen Group, where he led the transformative modernization of the finance function. In addition, Joakim is completing his doctorate in business administration at the Gothenburg School of Economics. His research focuses on financial management as a dynamic capability and its role in driving strategic development and fostering innovation within organizations.

Daniel has authored more than 200 scientific publications and is an inventor on over 60 issued patents.

Law degree, Gothenburg University.Carl is an experienced and recognized lawyer at MAQS Gothenburg office. He specializes in the sports, media and entertainment industry, where he has worked for over ten years, in addition to being the sports director for the football club BK Häcken for four years.
